Marina Abramovi is a Yugoslavia performance artist. From March 14 to May 31, 2010, she held the exhibition “The artist is present” in New York. In the 736-hour and 30-minute during the exhibition, she sat immobile in the museum's atrium, while spectators were invited to take turns sitting opposite her.
