Do a little counting; I have been dancing for almost four years. And it has become a part of my life since then. However, after I get in high school, I barely took any dance courses. Can’t remember the last time I went there. Is it a month ago? Or two? Or three? How lazy I become! Unlike last year, I took two courses every week. No matter it’s holiday or school days, I would go with no doubt. But not now, I think mostly it’s because I don’t really have time for that, but still, I have to admit that I’m getting lazy than before. (Well, at least, that’s what my mom is telling me.)
The two courses I take, one is street jazz, and another is choreography. After two courses this week, I’m exhausted. All parts of my body are sore. I guess, my body is warning me that, I haven’t exercised for a long time. My body can’t adjust itself very well. So I think it’s time for me to have an exercise plan, or should I say, a dance plan. My goal for the next month: Keep taking courses at least one per week. Go to training if I can and no excuses for that!!!
