The next exercise is for abdominal muscle. I lied on the ground and Josh told me to hold up my legs and my head. I felt my stomach was buring and extrem sore. After the serial exercise, my sweatful body lied on the ground. Josh said this just the beginning of the exercise. OH MY GOD.
Before I went to bed last night, I did these excerise again. I think these exercises can keep me fit and I can become stronger. Everytime I feel painful when I do these exercise, I must tell myself: be strong, don’t give up.
