I went to have Japanese food last night for dinner~ I love Japanese fool, especially the raw seafood, they are super fresh and in my opinion save the most original flavor of the food ingredients which is one of the most important point to decide one dish is good or not. No matter how good your cooking skills are if people can not taste out what you want to cook for them then your are a loser.
Every time go to a Japanese restaurant never forget to order sashimi, the raw fish, shellfish, shrimps and roe. Be careful if the food is fresh or not, if they smell bad and taste wierd do not have elasticity then do not eat them, they may be not fresh and that is bad to your health they may contain malignant bacteria will cause illness. So if you want to have good and guaranteed sashimi go to some big, clean and have reputation restaurant.
According to some research, some time heat the food will destroy the vitamin or protein or something else afraid of high temperature but to our body. So having some fresh and raw food from time to time is good to our heath:)
What’s more Japanese, except fried food which called Tempura, famous for the one has prawn in it, ,most of them are oil less, they are light and less fat and high protein that mean they are good to people and decrease the body burden of digesting heavy food and a lot of oil. And seafood is good to human’s brain and do not have so much fat as other animals meat do.
If would like to go, I will recommend “Sakura”, this restaurant has rational price and good food ingredients, also nice eating ambiance. Sometime go and try >A< Little tip: do not eat to much sushis, they will make you full too soon~
