How do we know it is love or not? Love is something that takes away normal instincs. Usually teenage boys only care about "getting with" a girl. But in love a guy would rather have his girlfriend smile for a day then any thing else in the world. Love is something you never forget. You know you are in love when you spend time away from that person and still think about them every day. Also, love compels us to make irrational decisions. Love is when you would rather see the person you are with, over someone you really want to meet like a actor/actress or sports person.
Different views on love are common. Many think about themselves when it coms to love. "Can we have a future together?", "Would they make me happy?", "Are we really right for eachother?". The way you know if it is love is if you don't have to ask these questions to yourself. And if you do. You're not in love.
Love gradually builds. Over a while a person that you didn't love in the first place an surprise you. Given the right chance, and under the right circumstances love can be found in almost any unexpected place. If you have to ask yourself the questions stated in the paragraph above you are not in love, but it is up to you to head down the road that leads to love or give up.
This is a odd topic for me to write about, isn't it? I am writing about this topic because I just finished watching a episode of Green Arrow. A character named Oliver Queen and Sara are in love with eachother although it ended badly. All they needed to do was talk to eachother and things would of worked out but they didn't. I have just been thinking about it because stupid things like that in movies bother me. I will keep watching and see how their situation works out. Can't say I am looking forward to it. I just watch the show to see Oliver Queen shoot people with Arrows.
