An example of anxiety
Xiao Ya is a high school student who is receiving pressure from her family members because of college and university application. She believes learning more will help her to get higher scores. She feels tired when she studies at midnight. To make herself feel better, she hits her head and pinches her hands. She is nervous and anxious about Chinese SAT.
Possible causes are biological factor, psychological factor and social factor.
It will cause muscular tension, vigilance, and fear about future and psychological nervous system reaction. Your body will feel nervous. eg. Drawn face, knitted eyebrows. When you are alerted, it will influence your work and study or your sleep.You worry about their family, property and their health. Some serious examples are sweating, feeling dizzy\chilly\ho tand having polypnea,elevated heart beat,stomachach,micturition.
We can control it by relaxing yourself, stopping pushing yourself to fall asleep, reducing the time in bed, stopping drinking coffee and wine at night, doing exercises and take a shower.
Doctors suggest us to take some antianxiety medicines, simplify your life, write everything down, do meditation
and buy a softer pillow.
