In the tennis ball test, we were asked to catch and throw the ball with left hand and right hand to see how well we control our body, reaction and balance.
In the hand grip test, I held a testing machine with both hands to see my grip strength. Apparently, I’m not as strong as I thought.
In the stork test, we were asked to stand like a stork, stand on one foot. This tests our balance.
In the ruler drop test, we should hold the I-meter ruler as fast as we can to see our reaction. I reacted very fast, I held the ruler at 3cm.
