Stork test. We need to stand like a stork with only one foot. At that time we mustn't depend on anything and another person should record how long we took for independent standing like a stork. My balance isn't as good as other classmates and i took a long time to keep myself balance. That's a hard process. The test is training for balance.
Ruler drop test. It tests our reaction. Someone stood on a bench and held a ruler. We stood on the floor and need to catch their dropping ruler. I think my reaction is always not too fast before but I got a score that I satisfied in this test.
Sit up test. I know how it works but I didn't do this test because of my journey to Mauritius. It tests Muscular endurance. First we lied on the floor and sat up with independent force from ourselves. No hands or others' help.
5 meter shuttle test again. This test also tests agility.
Tennis ball test. I hadn't done this test because of one week's journey. In general, it tests coordination and others were asked to throw the tennis ball with one hand and caught it with the other hand(?).
Grip strength test. I also didn't do this test but I had done it before in middle school. It test grip strength as its name.
Havard step test. I didn't do it either and from a classmate's words, students need to run up to a bench and go down and it takes three minutes to finish. It tests cardio endurance.
Sit & reach test. I can see that students need to sit on the floor and push a ruler as far as they can and record the distance. And this process tests flexibility.
