In Malaysia, more and more parents are turning towards homeschooling today for various reasons. This is because some children can’t adapt the school life. They can’t pay attention to teachers, and they can’t finish their homework. The teachers always very angry to them and give them some punishments. The student will not learn any things in the school and some of them begin hates study. Their parents very worried about that, so they decided don’t let their child go to school and let them study at home. Government start set up a home school. Teachers on home school will go to those children’s home to give them class. Everyday those children just spend 3hous to learn the academic theory. The other rest of the time the children will choose the activities which they interested in. The main curriculums are chosen from America and Singapore. Teachers will choose the one which suitable for the student to teach. But They also need to think about that how the children can adequate social interactions with their peers. Can they build the good relationship with the normal children? Can they adapt the pressure when they grow up or when they work? People always ask what the end goal is for the children. Frankly, they don’t know, they only think about how to try the best by our children.

TBILISI (Reuters) - Human rights groups criticised Azerbaijan on Wednesday for legislation that will make defamation over the Internet a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment ahead of a presidential election in the tightly controlled nation. Amnesty International and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) accused the oil-producing former Soviet state of tightening curbs on free expression before October's vote. Aliyev is expected to win a new term despite opposition from Azeris tired of his rule over the mostly Muslim nation of 9 million on the Caspian Sea. Inspired in part by the Arab Spring uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa, some opponents have used social media to organise street protests, many of which are swiftly dispersed. Parliament on Tuesday passed amendments imposing fines of up to 1,000 manats and prison terms of up to three years for anyone convicted of online defamation. Existing law does not cover defamation committed on the Internet. The legislation is expected to be signed by President Ilham Aliyev, who has been accused by rights groups of suppressing dissent, curtailing freedoms and clamping down on media since he succeeded his father in 2003. "The new legislation constitutes a further attack of freedom of expression in Azerbaijan," Amnesty International said in a statement. "The Azeri authorities must not use the upcoming presidential election as a pretext to silence critical voices." The OSCE - Europe's main human rights and security organisation, of which Azerbaijan is a member - said it had warned the government over the bill. "Yesterday's amendments drive Azerbaijan even further away from the OSCE's recommendations to decriminalise defamation," OSCE media freedom representative Dunja Mijatovic said. She also condemned a ruling by an appeals court in the capital, Baku, upholding a nine-year prison sentence against Avaz Zeynally, a newspaper editor convicted of extortion. Zeynally says the charge is a baseless government reprisal for a story in the daily Khural criticising senior officials. Sandwiched between Russia, Iran and Turkey, Azerbaijan is an energy supplier to Europe and a transit route for U.S. troops in Afghanistan - a role that rights groups say has cushioned the country from Western criticism of its democracy record. Aliyev's government says Azerbaijan has full freedom of speech and a thriving opposition press. BAKU, May 15 (Reuters) - Azerbaijan is ready to discuss a new deal to pump its oil across Russia on acceptable terms, the head of Azeri state energy company SOCAR said on Wednesday following termination of a transhipment contract."The company will continue oil deliveries in case of economic suitability of new (contract) conditions for SOCAR," Rovnag Abdullayev told reporters on Wednesday. "In case of economic unsuitability, deliveries won't be implemented." Russia terminated a 1996 contract with Azerbaijan on Tuesday, as Azerbaijan failed to ship agreed quantities. The contract allowed Azerbaijan to pump oil through a 1,330-km pipeline from the capital, Baku to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiisk. Under the agreement, Azerbaijan promised to ship no less than 5.0 million tonnes a year by 2002 through the pipeline, but it now pumps around 2 million tonnes annually. Abdullayev said SOCAR was also ready to discuss with Russia the possibility of oil shipments from third countries and other oil transportation schemes. Most Azeri oil is exported via the pipelines to Turkey and Georgia, operated by British company BP (LSE: BP.L - news) , with only a relatively small amount passing through Russia. Former Soviet republic Azerbaijan lies between Russia and Iran on the western coast of the Caspian Sea. "There will be no problems with oil exports. We have Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan route, Baku-Supsa and a railway," Abdullayev said, referring to the pipelines to Turkish and Georgian ports on the Black Sea. Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft, which operates the Russian section of the route and has a separate commercial contract with Azerbaijan, said on Tuesday deliveries of Azeri oil would not be affected this year, but its terms of transit could change substantially from 2014. Transneft also said it might offer a new contract to Azerbaijan based on a "pump or pay" principle. 【Link:http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/azerbaijan-ready-discuss-oil-transit-172753704.html】 1.The ODA loan agreement signed $2 billion between Vietnam and Japan .
