Definition: The Right to be Treated Fairly by the Government
1. Procedures- Methods used to have hearings and to apply and enforce laws must be fair
2. Content - Laws passed by Legislature must be fair
1. Distributive Justice - Are the benefits and burdens of society shared fairly?
2. Corrective Justice - Does the punishment must fit the crime?
3. Procedural Justice - Is the way the government accuses and punishes someone for a crime fair?
