This documentary has totally seven episodes. Each of the episodes has its own topic, the seven topics introduce the Chinese traditional food in details, which really teach me a lot and make me wanna try some of those. I really like one of the foods that have been introduced in the documentary which is called “Steamed Buns”, or we called it “Xiao Long Bao” in Chinese, which means tiny buns which is cooked in food steamer. The steamed buns are really delicious. They are made of paste, meat, agar and some other materials. The steam buns are small, but they are really juicy with the juices in the buns which are made of agar and meat.
There are a lot of different kinds of food in China and the steamed bun is just one of them. I really hope that you can learn something from the documentary <A Bite of China>.
