The pasta was handmade, which means it was not just bought from the market, but made by flour, butter, Olive oil, and a little bit salt. Chief Smith showed us what should a good dough which is used to make the pasta is like; it has to be stretchy and not too dry or not too wet. Then he used the machine to make the dough into pasta, it’s so amazing! The main ingredients we used were leek, lemon, pea veins, parsley, clams, cherry tomatoes, garlic, corn, and a little bit white wine, butter, cream, salt, pepper, olive oil. He boiled the pasta and mixed all the ingredients together to make the stuff that would be on the pasta. And finally when we had a chance to try the pasta, it was so great! The flavor was really good! I have to say it is fantastic!
I love food; food is a part of my life. I was really looking forward to next time when the food club is held.
