From the beginning of this semester, we have plenty of useful techniques and training skills. Here are some specific things about what we learnt this semester.
The first class teacher told us to do a test about out bodies. For example, the text was testing our reaction skills or how much heartbeat we had in a minute or something like that. And personally I did a bad job here cause I never do exercise during my winter holiday so some parts of my body must have a little bit problems. To improve my physical fitness, I need to do more excise, like I will play badminton to practice my flexibility and also practice running for my reaction ability ( Speed and reaction time ). Go back to the topic, and then the next a few classes we still did the test.
Teacher told us that did this test means to keep a basic data of ourselves then after some weeks did this test again, and see if the number changed or not. And then after we finish this test we started practicing each skills. For example, I remembered that during one week's PE lessons, we did push ups and sit-ups and also running. That made us become much stronger and increase out Lung capacity. But I don't like running very much because that make me feel like someone is going to kill me, make me feel very uncomfortable. But I had to admit that this is very good for us to training our speed and reaction ability and also our flexibility and strong out heart.
To conclude my entire learning process, I would like to say although some parts of PE classes I 'm not really interest in ,but most of activities,include those test are still very interesting and attractive. I hope that maybe in the future we can have more time to play ball games, for examples we can organize a basketball match between girls, or a badminton competition between Blue and Red house.
