When I did sit and reach test, tests my flexibility, I realize my flexibility is terrible. I feel like somebody want to pull-apart my legs, pain comes one by one. I can push that plastic stick anymore. Somebody said do that kind of exercise can help me improve flexibility but I always forget to do that. In ruler drop test, I think I did a good job, my reaction time is great. Then was sit-up test, we did two times. First time, I try my best to do more sit up, and I got it. But in the second time, I didn’t have enough energy to do more sit-ups than the first time. Also we did 5 meters shuttle tests two times, in this test we need to run 5 meters 10 times and we need to be as quickly as possible. In fact like sit up test, my first grade is still better than second time. And I want to finish my Harvard test which tests cardio endurance, but I want to do fast so my right foot was sprained, and I couldn’t do any exercise in four weeks. And now I still don’t recover. We also did a lot of interesting tests so I just skip them.
And a fresh activity is yoga, this was my first time to do yoga and especially in the PE class. Yoga can help me relax and improve balance, flexibility and muscular. I was enjoy this activity and
