We did Sit-up to practise muscular endurance. Then we did tennis ball test, it means that you throwing a tennis to the wall, from left hands to right hands, test our coordination. Next was Harvard-test to practise Cardio endurance. However I did that too fast so I sprained my right ankle result in I can't do any exercise next two weeks. Now I also don't recover. Ruler drop test was my favourite test because I think my reaction is good. And I hate sit and reach, it practises our agility, and you know why I hate it. I also enjoy 5 meter shattle, I think it easy for me to run 400 meters. It test us speed and agility. Stook test practise us balance.
I love sport, I learnt so many skills in the past few weeks. I think we can play basketball on the PE lesson, How about you Tracy?
