I can run faster and faster. And the things we learn form P.E lesson is the knack of it.
The things we learn form the PE lesson not only help us with out speed but also other things, for example, the 5 m shuttle, it is an exercise that can train my speed and flexibility. If you want to train your strength you can try the Push-ups and sit-ups. Of course they are all very hard training, but
there are also some easy ones, like the Ruler Drop, it can test your reaction time.
But for all I like yoga best, because it’s the easiest exercise of all, and I think it worked, after I do yoga I can feel every muscle in my body relax and had stretch.
I like sports and I like P.E.
