2. The similar point is they both talk about students show their rights, the events both says freedom of expression, freedom of speech. And the schools also have conflict with their students.
The difference is, in Tinker’s case, the school ask their students to quit school, they are stopping students with a strong arm. The other case use proper reasons to stop the students and just canceled 2 passages is pretty moderate.
3. Opinion 1. Since the school has to be responsible to the students. Students have right to say things which don’t touch school’s limit. If the things the student said cause bad consequences, then the school also has right to stop that.
