During these lesson, i realize that i'm need do more exercise, for me i like play basketball, I need do some muscular endurance and improve my muscle, because in the basketball game we have many physical confrontation, if i don't have a strong body, i will suffer losses, whatever in defensive or offensive, i need do more sit-up and push-up that can help me improve my muscle. Secondly, my ligament is nor very good, i need d some reach and sit practice, when i wake up i can try to touch my feet. If i do this step every day my flexibility will increase. These test are all very important in the sports. I need try to increase my weakness, the most important one is the muscular endurance. I consider as i will be more better in this future.
