The city is full of energy so do we, everyday is busy and rich, we like that kind if busy lives and think we must will get bored with the peace lives without anything hard and exciting. However since we are human, there is a line for everyone’s mind and body, will you love yourself you will never like to try to touch or even go across it. That is the baseline of your health, no matter how excited you are, you need rest, humans can not keep high level focus and without fix or rest for too long time, that is harmful to anyone, no matter how fit you are.
When your body, your mind get in tired, then it is time to slow down and make life simple. Do not think to much when you are moving and talking, staying with someone close, who dose not need you to be nervous and caution. Talking with him or her, talk about the memories, the things you like, this person, should be a good listener, this is also the reason why we need a quiet friend.
To have a easy time, close the TV with news, watching a film you like a lot instead; throwing away the text book, listening to music you love and have a cup of drink. Turn off the phone and computer, stop working. Eating the food you enjoy do not think how much calories it contains.
To be simple just be who you are, who you want to be, even if only one day, that can relax you really well and do a good preparation for tomorrow busy life.
