Now let me tell you how to make the Bruschetta.
Firstly, core and slice the tops pf 3 tomatoes. Secondly, immerse tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds only. Thirdly, transfer tomatoes to bowl od ice water to remove the skin. Next, cut tomatoes in 1/4s and remove core. Then, dice tomato 1/4s and add to bowl with the tomato juices at can be squeezed from the core. Sixthly, combine tomatoes with minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive and fresh basil. After that, slice fresh baguette into thin slices on the bias. Next, rub slices until slightly crispy and golden brown with light grill marks. Slice fresh mazzarebbl cheese very thin and place on top of each cristini slice. Top with bruschetta. Finish final plate with a drizzle of balsamic reduction, olive oil, and micro basil. And then~ENJOY! It's very delicious and it's easy to make too!
