There is a time when it's necessary to limit freedom of expression, but not ever. We all know that if we express bad thoughts out, it'll influence others and everyone's thought will be worse as well by the influence. For instance, a person is fear of swimming and he said swimming is so awful that he can't do that. And someone who can't swim will feel swimming is horrible and he'll be fear of swimming, too. The other example is that when we say someone is too mean to become friends, this person who we mention will be angry and even has negative feelings about us.
In conclusion, we have a say but there's a time when it's necessary to limit freedom of expression.
