We did some tests in PE class. Now I will introduce that to you. First we did the 5 meter shuttle test. It tested our agility. We ran 5 meters and then ran back. We did this action 5times. When I finished that, I felt tried. I am not good at running. Second we did the stork test. It tested our balance. We just stood on one food like a stork and stood with our toes. It was difficult for me.
.
The third one was testing our reaction. We did ruler drop test. Teacher held a ruler and let the ruler go suddenly. We must catch the ruler as fast as we can. I did a good job in this test. The fourth one was sitting up test. It tested our muscular endurance. I hate did set up because it will make me backache on the second day.
The fifth test was sitting and reach test. Teacher wanted to know if we have a flexibly body. We just sat on the floor and tried to touch our feed. I thought I did so-so. The sixth one is tennis ball test. It tested our coordination. We need to threw the tennis ball in one hand and catched the tennis ball in another hand. It was an interesting test.
The seventh one is grip strength test. It tested our grip strength test. This test was very easy. We just need to use all of my force to grip the dynamometer. The last one was Harvard step test. It tested our cardio endurance. It was a difficult test. That was all of my tests. In a word they were interesting.
1. Be regular. You will create a new blog post every other day or 4 times per week. Each post will contain 200 or more words.
2. Be respectful. 3 times a week you will write at least one comment on someone else's post about what they have written.
This is a sandbox, not a litter box. You are free to play as your wish, but respect others' ideas and feelings.
3. Be interesting. There is a whole universe out there with almost unlimited things to talk about. We don't want to read about what you ate for lunch everyday. Tell us a story. Talk about something that happened in the news. Use pictures. Wow us with your wit and your charm.
